Sixty minutes of friendly service and clean rooms. I loved the easy access to numerous bakeries nearby. Perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Paris!

What a REALLY REALLY NICE stay, no complains at all. Good small and absolutely charming hotel, amiable staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, comfortable location. Clean bathrooms with a bath.

The staff members were all attentive and amicable. It had EXCELLENT and exceptionally nice location close enough to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. 15th arr. District was worth exploring.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to local bakeries and supermarkets, great to experience authentic Parisian culture.

The sliding bathroom door didn't close properly, which affected privacy, making it a bit awkward .

Reason for choosing this hotel, was its proximity to Eiffel Tower, and reasonable price in comparison to other hotels near this landmark. Staff was very kind, polite, friendly. Rooms are small, but overall, a good value

I agree with previous comment, the street is very difficult to find, given the one way streets, inability to 'go around the block' to find it again. We drove, used a Paris map. After finding the hotel & an unexpected parking spot. We decided to walk to sightsee. Later used a taxi to return to hotel, and taxi driver had difficulty finding the street, even using the map !!

Extremely comfy bed in double room with a personal safe, air conditioner and a work desk. Excellent and perfect location in Paris near to Eiffel tower and Gare De Lyon as well as delicious boulangeries. Also, to the Conference centre at Porte Versailles: D

clean, cozy, charming

The fine Eiffel Tower views from room 525 made each evening so special, especially at night when the tower sparkled. Plus, enjoying complimentary croissants each morning was a good bonus.

Central location and easy access to puiblic transportation. Staff was helpful.

Room was small

The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, and the location was excellent as far as the Metro - but there are plenty of sites within walking distance, along with nearby specialty stores, restaurants and two supermarkets that have generous hours and plentiful choices as far as food and beverages.

I missed having a refrigerator in my room, and it would have been nice to have a station in the hotel's lobby for Internet access.

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the clean, comfortable room along with the helpful amenities. We made nice family moments here, especially thanks to the nearby metro, made exploring Paris easy, even with my mum along.

My wife says that the breakfast options could use some variety.

No food served except breakfast.Did not reduce my bill for the one night that I did not stay even though I advised them on the phone 48 hours prior to arrival.

Great Wi-Fi and excellent 24-hour reception.

The location is quite good, in Zone 15, close to Eiffel. Also it's convenient, 5 minutes to metro and supermarket.

One of the receptions (the old lady) is not nice, making us waiting for 2 check-outs when we check-in even if we arrived first. And we are required to pay when check-in. Feel being discriminated.

We liked very much the area (shopping, restaurants, near to the Eiffel tower), situated in a very quiet street.
